Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

3.5 Liability

Unstrangr is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during events. Participants attend events at their own risk. We recommend participants take care of their personal belongings.

3.6 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Unstrangr and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

3.7 Modifications

4.1 Cancellation by Participant

• Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows
• Tickets cannot be transferred to another person or date

4.2 Cancellation by Unstrangr

In the unlikely event that Unstrangr cancels an event:

• A full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
• Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your booking to another date
• We will notify you via email and/or WhatsApp as soon as possible

4.3 Event Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, your booking will automatically be transferred to the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, please contact us to discuss options.

4.4 Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
