Adult life got busy. Social circles got smaller. And when you do meet new people through professional and social networking, the "what do you do?" question, almost always defines the conversation before it begins. We meet profiles not people.
Unstrangr was born out of this simple yet profound realization. The modern world is filled with people, yet many of us are feeling more isolated than ever. As we navigate bustling cities, we struggle to connect meaningfully with others outside of work or existing social circles.
At Unstrangr, we design unique, structured offline experiences, to foster an environment where individuals aged 35 to 55 can form real connections — not through awkward introductions or superficial networking — but through shared activities that ignite genuine conversations.
No introductions at the start. No "what do you do?" You begin with a shared experience instead. Introductions happen after the game, and it becomes easier to talk about other things... like what they enjoy, what they think, what they want to do, and what they're curious about.
And for many, it's the first step into an ongoing community of people looking for the same thing — better conversations, better weekends, and new connections.
From mystery-solving nights to music jamming sessions, Unstrangr is changing the way people build friendships and community in the real world.

You're never really alone. Just constantly around people. Same city. Same office. Same routine. Yet so many adults quietly feel the same things:
Making new friends feels harder than it should.
Weekends feel repetitive.
Social circles shrink over time.
Networking feels transactional.
Dating apps aren't the answer to everything.
You want connection — just not awkwardness.
We started Unstrangr because this problem is real. Not everyone needs more plans. Many people simply need better spaces.
Different formats. Same outcome. Choose how you'd like to connect with people:

Your team works together. Do they know each other?
Immersive shared experiences that build genuine connection, trust, and collaboration — not through workshops, but through doing something real together.

CONNECT
Our immersive experiences replace passive participation with active collaboration — investigation, negotiation, strategy, communication. Genuine interactions that continue long after the experience ends.
LAUNCH
Before teams perform, they connect. Starting a new project or welcoming new members is more than an introduction — it's the beginning of a shared journey. Our experiences accelerate trust and help teams build meaningful relationships from the very first interaction.
COMMUNICATE
Practiced conversations that matter — through immersive scenarios, collaboration and guided reflection. No lectures. No role-playing for the sake of it. Real skills, learned through real situations.
CUSTOM
Bespoke design around your objectives, your audience, your venue. Built entirely for your team.
We run social experiences every weekend across: Mumbai — Powai · Matunga · BKC · Chembur Navi Mumbai — Airoli · Ghansoli · Vashi · CBD Belapur · Kharghar Thane — Hiranandani Estate Bengaluru — HSR Layout · Koramangala Hyderabad — Banjara Hills · Jubilee Hills · Madhapur Pune — Baner · Koregaon Park · Kalyani Nagar. Two new locations every weekend. Check the event calendar for what's on near you.
We make meeting people easier.
Instead of forcing introductions, we create shared experiences where connection happens naturally.
Choose an experience that feels like you.
You don't need to come prepared with an answer. Just come as yourself.
Play, laugh, solve, sing, compete.
Leave with stories, new people, and often more plans.

Community Members

Many come for one event. Some stay for much more. Every Unstrangr experience can end with the evening. But for many people, it's where something bigger begins.
After the event, we share access to our WhatsApp community. If you choose to join, you'll step into a growing circle of familiar faces — and new ones that quickly stop feeling new.
It becomes a space where people make plans beyond Unstrangr, based on shared interests, goals, and genuine chemistry. You'll find conversations like:
"HYROX training anyone?"
"Marvel Movie Marathon before Avengers: Doomsday?"
"Anyone up for IPL tickets this weekend?"
"Coffee plans, fitness groups, spontaneous meetups, and more."
You'll also get:
Special community-member pricing on select events
Community-only experiences and hangouts
First access to upcoming events
A social circle that keeps expanding naturally
So when you book one event, you're not just paying for one evening. You're stepping into a thriving, growing community built around better people, better plans, and real connection.
We don't force friendships. We simply keep creating spaces where they have a chance to happen.

"It was a wonderful experience being a part of Unstrangr. Thank you so much for welcoming me into this community. I met so many great people. Pooja, Shraddha, kudos to you guys. You are doing a great job building a very healthy community and such unique activities wherein we can come out of our daily routine and be ourselves and I believe everyone has a magic in themselves. But sometimes they don’t have the platform to show it. So thank you for giving us the platform to do that."

Shraddha didn't set out to build experiences — she set out to understand people.
After nearly two decades in the IT and ITES world, moving from code to client relationships and team leadership, she found herself drawn less to systems and more to the human dynamics within them — how people connect, collaborate, and engage.
A crime fiction enthusiast and jewellery designer, Shraddha has always had the creative side in her. She is driven by the idea of bringing people together through shared memories. At Unstrangr, she designs immersive experiences — from murder-mystery nights to innovative and interactive social games — which replace awkward introductions with meaningful interaction.
No icebreakers. No forced introductions. Just shared experiences that do the talking. People stepping into the moment, solving, playing, and connecting.
As the Social Experience Designer at Unstrangr, she creates spaces where strangers don't just meet — they leave with a memory, a story, and a reason to come back.
